Meet Our Leadership Team

Bill Fegley

Managing Director

Bill co-founded Helping Hands in 2012 with the vision of attracting likeminded people who have impeccable character, a strong work ethic, and find joy in helping others achieve their homeownership goals while also helping the community.

Growing up a “Navy Brat” has given him a great appreciation of the importance of home and family. Bill has over 20 years of local and national home financing and renovation experience. He has extensive experience working with various government agencies in having them join Helping Hands Community Partners mission and vision.

Cliff Morin

Managing Director

Cliff co-founded Helping Hands in 2012 and has over 25 years of experience running several Citigroup/Smith Barney offices in the New England Area. Cliff also worked with MetLife in their Division of Estate Planning for Special Needs Kids (DESK). He also assisted to develop and implement a strategic plan to expand Allstate insurance brokers’ financial planning business. Cliff has been instrumental in charting a course of how to fulfill Helping Hands Community Partners’ mission.

Andrew Morin

Mortgage Director and Processor

Andrew joined Helping Hands Community Partners in November 2019. A life long Rhode Island resident, he currently lives in Glocester, RI. Andrew attended the University of Rhode Island and is an avid consumer of pop culture. When not working to help you with your mortgage needs, Andrew spends most of his free time with his wife and their young daughters.

Maggie Fegley

Mortgage and Outreach Director

As the Mortgage Director & Outreach Director at HHCP, Maggie wears multiple hats, overseeing both the mortgage operations and the organization's community outreach efforts. With a strong passion for the mortgage industry and community involvement, Maggie plays a key role in guiding prospective homeowners through every step of the homebuying process while building lasting relationships within the community to expand HHCP's reach and impact.

In their role as Mortgage Director, Maggie ensures that each client receives personalized attention and is equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to make informed decisions about their mortgage options. Specializing in first-time homebuyer programs, refinancing, and down payment assistance, she works closely with clients and lending partners to provide solutions that align with individual financial needs and goals. Maggie is dedicated to helping clients secure sustainable homeownership, empowering them to confidently move forward on their path to homeownership.
